Returns and Exchanges

Jewelry Shop 
  • No Exchanges or Returns on earrings will be offered after purchase, due to hygiene reasons (i.e., skin infections or other illnesses that can easily be transmitted, from one person to another). It is not worth putting our customers at any health risk. SO, PLEASE PICK WISELY.
  •  Damaged earrings are met on a case-by-case basis and must be returned within 7 days of original purchased date. We will offer a one-time duplicate of your previous order (if materials are available). If materials are not available at the time of repair, we will work with the customer to resolve. Please email us through our Contact Us portal as we will try our best to email you within 1-3 business days. * 
  • Please note: Each piece is handmade and colors/designs/patterns may differ. Also, polymer clay is very sturdy and even flexible. NEVERTHELESS, please do not bend your earrings as there is a possibility of them breaking. 
  • No Instagram or Facebook direct messages will be accepted regarding your order.

Art Work 

  • All SALES ARE FINAL on original editions. SO, PLEASE CHOOSE your artwork carefully as we don't accept returns.  

Damaged Artwork  During Transit 

  • If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package during delivery, please don't sign for it and contact us immediately. To avoid any further damage to your edition. For unframed work, please leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler.  
  • If you notice damage while unpacking your edition from The Artful Blossom, please contact us immediately by email  at [email protected] with digital images of the damage and receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Once we receive your email with these documents, we will inspect the damage. If we find that the edition was damage during transit we will try hard to replace the edition and/or work with the customer to resolve a meaning resolutions for another edition.  
  • In the event we are unable to replace the edition we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and the corresponding Certification of Authenticity (if applicable). Your edition must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.
  • We are not able to offer refunds of any editions not in its original condition, is damage or missing parts for reason(s) not due to our error. 

Shipping ​

  • The Artful Blossom is a company that makes handmade items and artwork/paintings. Your order will be ready for shipment from our business within approximately 2-5 business days from when your order is placed*.
  • Our deliveries are shipped by USPS. It typically takes USPS 5-10 business days to deliver your items. Due to the Corona virus (COVID-19) crisis, USPS may experience longer that expected delays in their shipping schedule. Our company is not responsible for any delays, handling issues or technical difficulties that may arise with USPS and/or their delivery schedule. If you run into any issues with USPS, please contact them directly. I will try to assist where I can, but ultimately this responsibility lies with USPS.
  • If your “Unclaimed” package at USPS is returned to The Artful Blossom your shipping cost will not be reimbursed. If your package is requested to be shipped back you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • If your “Failed Delivery” package is returned by USPS to The Artful Blossom due to incorrect/incomplete information when the order was placed you will be responsible for having the package reshipped back to you.
  • Returns on damaged earrings will be shipped out 5 to 7 business days after the original item (dated within 7 days of sales purchase) has been received by our company.
